- Hi there, I have been paper crafting -especially card making now for about three years, I love decoupage in the new sense. Tradtionally it was covering items in scraps, but now it is making 3-D images from paper. This is very popular in the Netherlands but also in the UK. I have also just started stamping; using stamps to create 3-D decoupage cards is a great way to add to your repertoire. I am a member of Crafttelly.com - just the best craft Forum around.
